If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 14 days of the purchase date for a refund or exchange, subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the motor spare part(s) must be in new, unused, and resalable condition, with all original packaging and tags attached. Electrical parts are non-returnable, except in cases where the product is defective.
2. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 30 days of the purchase date. You will be required to provide the original order number and a brief description of the reason for the return. Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization number (RMA), which must be included with your returned item(s).
3. Refunds: Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria. If approved, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please contact our customer service team to arrange for an exchange. We will provide you with an RMA and instructions on how to return the item(s). Once we receive the item(s), we will send out the replacement item(s) as soon as possible.
5. Defective Items: If you receive a defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund. We may require you to provide photographic evidence of the defect before issuing a refund or replacement.
6. Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during transit.
7. Exceptions: Some items may be subject to additional terms and conditions, which will be clearly stated on the product page or at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges on items that do not meet the eligibility criteria or are not covered by our return policy.
8. Standard warranty on used parts is 30 days.
